Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for creating compassionate and nonjudgmental spaces where clients feel seen and heard. With a background in Political Science and Social Work, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families of all ages to navigate life’s challenges.
My goal is to empower clients to align their internal and external worlds, creating growth and authenticity. Using a blend of professional expertise and lived experience, I’m here to support your journey toward self-discovery and healing.

Insurance
We accept several major insurance plans, including Optum (United and UMR), Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and Select Health (Care, Choice, Share, Med, and Value). Before your first session, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage and copays for mental health services.

Self-pay
For those without insurance or preferring to pay out of pocket, we offer transparent self-pay rates. A 53-minute session is $125, and an extended 83-minute session is $150. Self-pay clients benefit from the flexibility of scheduling without the constraints of insurance approvals.
